Hey there, all you morning people. Well, at least all you people who are thinking about trying to be morning people. Maybe you’re just trying to get to work on time consistently without feeling like the act of getting out of bed will rob your soul of any energy it might have. There are lots of things you can do to make it easier to get up in the morning. They start with going to bed earlier, being able to fall asleep, then getting quality sleep while your eyes are closed, and then waking up in a non-jolting natural way.

Now since we deal mainly with the last item in that list, many of our following blog posts will be centered around waking up better to feel more refreshed and start your day better. Obviously, this will deal with dawn simulatorslight therapy, and sunrise alarm clocks and the science behind how they work. But we’re going to have blog posts about the other important parts of sleep as well. Nothing will be ignored.

All your comments about all phases of getting a good night’s rest will be welcome and wanted. We’re going to explore the natural ways people can wake up and the ways people have woken up on time for centuries before electricity and alarm clocks. The best combinations in modern-day advances come when you combine today’s technology with forever used natural methods. That’s what we’re doing here.

We’re doing everything we can to bring this wonderful mix of old school and new school to you, and we’re going to do it in an entertaining and informative way. Plus who couldn’t use some more light in their life? Don’t think about it too hard. It’s rhetorical. So thanks for coming by, and keep coming by. You’re going to learn a lot and laugh a little along the way. We’ll see ya around. Remember that if you want to start your day off right, you have to get up!
